Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or visiting our farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests:

1. Booking Time Compliance
Access to the property is strictly limited to your reserved time slot. Early or late arrivals will not be accommodated under any circumstance due to limited parking and scheduled visitor flow.

2. Walk-In Visitors
Walk-in visitation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your visit.

3. Refunds and Weather Policy
All ticket and product sales are final. The farm operates in all weather conditions. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance, including inclement weather or missed appointments.

4. Accessibility
Please note that the farm has limited wheelchair accessibility.

5. Allergies
As the farm is home to active pollinators, including bees, individuals with severe allergies must bring and carry any necessary personal medication. Entry is at your own risk.

6. Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited in the fields and on farm property. No exceptions will be made. Service animals are permitted with appropriate proof of status—we appreciate your understanding.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
– Smoking
– Drone use
– All forms of professional photography (commercial, promotional, editorial, or client-based)

8. Children and Supervision
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of minors in their care.

9. Damage and Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused to farm property, crops, or equipment. The farm is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow posted rules, staff instructions, or these terms.

10. Personal Photography
Non-commercial, personal photography is permitted so long as it does not disrupt other guests or interfere with farm operations.

11. Littering
Littering is strictly prohibited. Guests must dispose of all waste in designated bins to help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

12. Late or Missed Arrivals
Late or missed arrivals will not be rescheduled or refunded. It is the guest’s responsibility to arrive on time for their reserved booking.
