Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket/product?
A: Please note that all ticket and product purchases are non-refundable. We operate regardless of weather conditions.

 

Q: What if I just show up without booking in advance?

A: Walk-in visitation is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your visit.

 

Q: What if it's raining when I have a booking?

A: Purple Blossom Lavender Farm is open regardless of weather conditions.

 

Q: What if I arrive late or early for my scheduled visit?

A: We understand delays happen; however, due to limited parking and scheduled time slots, we are unable to accommodate early or late arrivals. Please plan to arrive according to your reserved time.

 

Q: Is it possible to host an event at your farm?

A: Currently, our facilities are not equipped to host events. For any special requests or further information, please reach out to us. We value your interest!

 

Q: Are there restrooms available on the farm?

A: Yes, we provide two portable restrooms. Unfortunately, these are not accessiblity friendly. We request that users follow the guidelines posted and maintain cleanliness.

 

Q: Can I bring my dog to the farm?

A: We do not allow dogs on the property. Please arrange for them to stay at home or with a caretaker. For safety reasons, dogs cannot be left in cars on our premises.
